I feel so dumb for this, but.. seriously.. I don't know if I lost mine or not yet.. Maybe I did in the shower and never noticed? Or the toilet? Oh well.
I didn't lose mine until 41 weeks 2 days with my daughter...went into labor the next day. You should probably know it is pretty apparant...but some lose theirs bit by bit which may be the case for you.
I have a 15mo son that went past 40wks and never lost my m/p. Many women do not lose it before they deliver. From everything I have heard you should definitely notice if you lost it.
Thanks, ladies. I just keep reading about everyone losing theirs around 35 weeks or so. Good to know I'm not the only "late bloomer". Story of my life.. LOL.

Why are you thinking you didn't notice?
Oh, I wear glasses, but, not in the shower, and not when I stumble out of bed to pee at 3am, either. So I just wondered if maybe I simply wasn't paying attention, or if it's quite obvious when you lose it. [Whether you're paying attention or not.]

just lurking....but I have no clue if I lost it, if I did lose it, when I lost it. IMO I wouldn't but much emphasis on it, good luck to you!
I didnt lose mine until i was in the hospital and induced at 41 weeks. whn it started to come out it was in chunks at a time. it looks like a giant bloody/pinkish snot. you would have probably felt it when you wiped or something. i wouldnt worry about it too much though!
You can lose it slowly, and it's not always pink. It could be clear or brown, and it can come out as stringy bits of mucus, so it's not likely to be all that noticeable.

Don't overthink it ;-)
I never noticed losing mine last time. And if you do, it doesn't really tell you much other than you lost your MP.
