What a way to ring in the new year...

This afternoon DH was holding LO as I took some pictures of them. LO flung his hand up and hit DH in the eye quite hard. DH is getting a bit of a black eye, it has been tearing up for hours, and it's sooo red. It hasn't gotten any better since it happened so he just left to get his eye checked out at the hospital. I'm betting he has a scratch on his eye because he says it still stings and LO's nails are pretty sharp. 

Geez, LO is 6 weeks old and he is already beating up his dad!

    Awe, poor Poppa! Hopefully he'll be back before midnight! I hope his eye is okay!

    Poor guy. Hope he is okay and gets looked at soon...NYE is crazy in ERs everywhere.
