My delivery update

Hello.

I just thought I'd stop by and fill everyone in on the short and sweet details.

Yesterday I went to the OB's and he said I was 4 cm and 75% effaced or something like that. He sent me to labor and delivery.

I had my baby at 11:45 last night. She weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces, and I was 38w1d. I was hoping she would have held out till Saturday so I could have her on 1/1/11, but she was ready to come.

I'll post more info, details and pics later on but I was startled awake by them taking her to see the pediatrician, so I might as well post the short scoop now.I'll worry about ticker removal later.

I posted myself instead of the awesome labor buddies because I didn't want to bother them late last night or so early today... I might keep my badge forever though because it's awesome.

I was probably up with a very fussy baby. I was tempted to text you but I didn't want to bother you in case you were sleeping or in the middle of having her. Congrats again..can't wait to see pics!! Remember to stay away from that Sandy/Cindy nurse!
