Is this normal? When I was induced with ds I was 35 weeks, so I'm officially further along that I have ever been. yay for that goal, but WTF is up with this pain?
I can barely move, my inner thighs and butt and hips freakin hurt like hell.
I dont feel like he's lower or dropped.
aaaahhh. 5 more weeks?? I am so thankfl to have an inside baby still but wow, this is going to be rough....
Re: omg the pain in my thighs!!
I had ds at 34 weeks and then when I was pregnant with dd, I had a super hard time after that point with her. I was miserable and I felt like she was just going to fall out. I had the pain in my thighs, hips and hoo ha! The doc kept saying it was because I had never been that pregnant before and that she was bigger than my son was and that my body was not used to the weight down there.
She recommended the support belt that goes between your breasts. I have not seen it in stores... I needed a prescription for this one and had to get it at a medical supply place.
The only way I got relief was to lay on my side with 2 gigantic pillows between my legs. It seemed to keep my hips open and that was the only way I was in no pain at all.
Hope it stops soon... I have a name for it. I called it bowling ball crotch.
Congratulations on 35/35!!
I remember this feeling with Emma. I'm starting to have it now with this baby. I have BH when I'm sitting down and when I get up to walk my butt, hips, inner thighs and crotch are so freaking sore. Just a lil while longer....
My last baby was born at 39 weeks and I don't remember this pain with him at all.
I literally wake up crying in the middle of the night. I should have gotten myself a million more pillows but I'm so close to the end now I'm trying to just hang in there. I have a delightful pregnancy waddle when I walk LOL.
Congrats on 35/35!!!!!!
This pain you are describing sounds like sciatic nerve pain to me. I have both and they are two separate issues for me and two different kinds of pain.
Ughhhh... My sister had bad sciatic problems when she was pregnant I guess I'll ask my dr on wednesday. Thank you for the info!
