Have any of you had any results from using vitex?

 

If so, what dosage?

    Im starting this tomm... Im just going to do the dosage that it says to take on the bottle.

    Not sure of the results but man I hope it makes my cycles shorter. Just remember that it take a few months to build up in your system before seeing results.

    I started using the dosage indicated on the bottle about two weeks ago--I stopped last Thursday due to a horrific rash on my face that is appeared under my eyes.  I am still waiting for it to clear up and have been sporting my sunglasses indoors Cool

    I've made the choice to give Vitex a try! I've hand some problems with my cycle not being regular, and I do not want that to hinder my chances of conception early on. 

     

    Thank you for giving your input.  I'll know to discontinue use if anything is quirky.

    a great reference for herbals related to fertility is "The Wise Woman Herbal for the Childbearing Year" by Susan Weed (yes, that is her name!).  She is quite earthy, but has been an herbalist for ever and her book is a classic.  There is also an online forum as susanweed.com.
