3 day PT and carpet ?

I'm thinking of trying the 3 day PT method w/my DD, letting her run around in undies and shirt only.  She goes on the potty now but only when I tell her to, she never tells me she has to go. She currently wears pull ups during the day and overnight diapers at night.  My only concern is my entire house (besides kitchen and bathroom) is carpeted.  If you did this method with your LO and have carpet, what stain remover/carpet cleaner did you have on hand to clean up accidents?
