F/U to Bleeding

Last week, I posted about being 12 wks pregnant and baby was only measuring 8 wks.  Well, it was confirmed yesterday that the baby no longer as a heartbeat....I tried to prepare myself for this, but I found out that I really couldn't.  Although, I didn't have many pregnancy symptoms, I know my body.  I don't know the specifics because I don't get to see my ob/gyn until Monday.
