I woke up with a nasty stomach bug. While I was nursing DD for the first time this morning I had to stop twice and run to the bathroom. Yuck, so much for our date to the movies this afternoon =( I just hope Stella and DH don't get it...

I feel your pain! I hope you feel better soon!

That went through our house the week before Christmas. Ryan started throwing up Thursday night through Friday. And then come Saturday night Tom and I started. Needless to say, I didn't know it was coming the first time so in the middle of the night when I was nursing Ryan I had to run to the bathroom - so he got layed on the floor outside the bathroom while I threw up. He was not happy. lol

Then, for the rest of the night a bowl went with me for every nursing session. And the rest of the next day was spent with Ryan, DH and I all sick - was a ROUGH day to say the least. Thank goodness this thing only lasts 24-36 hours!

(Normally Ryan doesn't nurse that much, but for a few days he was 100% nursing b/c he still wasn't feeling well - molar teething and double ear infection on top of it all, poor boy!)

Hope you get over it quickly! If it makes you feel any better, I was in Vestal today and it was insane, so staying home (involuntarily) is probably better.
