bottle trouble

So DD is super attached to her bottle we had a hard time taking it away from her and she still asks for it, I am afraid that when baby # 2 gets here in 4 months she may try to revert back. anyone w/ LO's close together like mine have bottle issues??

My DD wasn't attached to her bottle like yours- she easily gave it up at 13 months, probably could have been at 12 months but I wasn't ready!

However with DS here, DD did say once that she was "a baby, need bottle" so I said well, baby's drink formula from bottles so how about smelling brother's formula and see if you would want it. She smelled it (its Soy too so even worse!) and turned up her nose and said 'yuck'. She hasn't said she's a baby or asked for a bottle since.

Now if you try that and she likes the formula, I have no advice, but I couldn't imagine a kid who eats real food and drinks real drinks would like baby formula.
