It's not a prescription. I don't really think it's necessary, but I guess the point is to hear things that you like and will relax you, so you are the only one who can come up with those.

"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies. God damn it, you've got to be kind."
- Kurt Vonnegut
I made a playlist and there are a few songs I liked hearing, however when I was in transition, I didn't want any music. No tv. I didn't even want people really talking or touching me, so just be prepared for that. My fav artists I mixed up:
Death Cab, The Fray, A Fine Frenzy, Iron and Wine, Radiohead, Sara Barrellies, Snow Patrol and Wilco.
Those are some really good suggestions and I'm into the same kind of music. I think radiohead and wilco would be awesome! I draw a blank sometimes. I remember with my first daughter having Enya and some reggae but this time I just couldn't come up with anything. Thanks!!
