I noticed in your response to the 5 month schedule post that your twins are up between 5 and 5:30am. Mine are up at that time too - and no matter what I do, I can't seem to get them to stay asleep until even 6am.
Have you tried to get yours to stay asleep longer but it didn't work? Or are they up that early so that you can get them ready and get out of the house to go to work?
I was really hoping my babies would slowly work their way to a 6am or even later wake time, but so far no luck. They both wake up between 5 and 5:30 acting wide awake and squealing away in their cribs.
I would love a day to sleep in past six.... one day, maybe in a couple years. Ha!

I would also love them both to sleep until 6am! Mia usually does. I think(hope) alot of it has to do with their weights though. When we were still doing night feedings they slept until 6:30-7am. They are 3lbs apart though and I just don't think Keira can go 11-12 hours between feedings at this point, I guessing she's about 13lbs now.
Are your LOs ready to eat right away? Our girls have always been ready for bed between 6:30-7pm since they were about 7 wks. We tried keep them up until 8pm for awhile, but it didn't make a big difference and then they were SO cranky. I have to drag out our bedtime routine to make it to 7pm as it is and they start to get fussy btwn 5:30-5:45, but as soon as we start our routine they are happy again.
You could try a dream feed, that never worked for us because I couldn't get Keira up and if I did she made it clear she did not want to eat.
As much as I hate it on the weekends, it works during the week because I have to leave for work a little after 7am and even though our sitters come to our house and the girls don't have to be up before I leave I do enjoy spending time with them before I go to work...plus up until a few weeks ago nights were BAD, so I rather go to bed and get up early then get up at night!
