Bumps on face? Getting worse!

DS seems to be getting what looks like baby acne all over his face. I think it may beca rash... Anyone know what it could be?

    Chicken pox? Is it on his torso at all?

    Both of my kids got it, despite the shot. It was super mild, though.

    Could be viral exanthem.  My kids first sign that they're coming down with a viral illness is a faint rash either on their cheeks and around their mouths and/or on their torso.  Every time it's turned out to be coxsackievirus.  I hope he's not getting sick!
