  I've heard this a lot, but mine was easy and done in less then 10 min... but maybe that's because I already had the Leapster Connect on my computer from the Tag setup.

  I had no issues at all.  In fact, I was thinking it would be much worse.

  I had the connect on my computer already.  It just took forever for some reason and of course needed an update right away.

  It took me less than 10 minutes for each of mine.

  Ours took forever too, the connect software wouldn't install. It's been easy to update and add the camera now that the initial setup worked.
