old Soothies

My husband stopped at Rite Aid for me to get some Soothies. I bought them at BRU before, but since Rite Aid was on his way he stopped there.  When he got home they were in a strange box not the typical Lansinoh box.  I googled when Lansinoh purchased the Soothie rights from Puronyx in January of 09. So these Soothies are at least that old. They are in box from Puronyx, look the same on the inside except one box doesn't have th plastic backing, wording on the inside directions is a little different.  There is no expiration date on the Puronyx box or the Lansinoh box, but the Puronyx box looks a little scary...like 1979 maxipad packaging.  

I'm probably being crazy, but would you use them?
