I'm over this cycle from hell. I've been on the same cycle since September and I'm done. I don't want to call the doctor but I realize that I may not be able to do this on my own. I know she is going to want me to come in for bloodwork and all that jazz to test me for PCOS ![]()
I'm dreading it but it's time to put my big girl panties on and play with the cards that were dealt to me. So here we go...::deep breath::

Oh Branmuffin ((hugs)) FWIW, I think it's a good decision to go to the dr. I just had my PCOS confirmed by u/s on Tuesday and am waiting to get my b/w results back today or Monday. It's definitely disheartening, but there are many, many ways to still have a successful pregnancy if you do have PCOS. Many T&Ps coming your way! Keep us posted.

That's what I was thinking too. Thanks ladies for the support and being there for me to vent to.
@ BP {{bigfathug}} back to you darlin
I'm sorry branmuffin!
Like all the other PP said, once you figure it out, you can come up with a better plan.
I am having BW done next Monday to test for PCOS as well. My obgyn mentioned at my last pap (April?) that if I were to have BW done for anything with my GP, I should ask about getting tested for PCOS. So my doctor wants to check my cholesterol and I asked for the testing. I am nervous and scared (why would my OB even bring it up if she didn't have cause for concern even though we were not TTC?). And although right now we are in the not-trying-not-preventing camp, I figure if I know now and take the steps towards regular cycles, I will be more prepared next summer when we actively start TTC.
Good luck and hope things are figured out for you!
Thanks love xoxoxo
If it makes you feel better, in the last three weeks alone, I've had my blood drawn THREE times and have to go AGAIN Monday... lol. Help?? :]
I also had to have a transvag. ultrasound (which took like ten minutes, ergh!) and a doctor shove many more things up me...
Just try to breath and relax or your veins constrict and it takes longer. :] close your eyes and go to a happier place! :]
Prayers!! :]

I just want to give you some ::hugs::.
Hopefully you will be able to get a plan in place and get everything all worked out!
I'm so sorry. I know how much it sucks to have to call the doctor (I just made my own appointment since January is one year TTC). Good luck and know that even if it does turn out you have PCOS, many ladies here have had PCOS and gotten pregnant.
