I'm sorry that this is such a popular topic, and here I am asking another question about it. I want to be done with the bottles because I HATE washing them and all their parts (dr. brown's) every day. DD does really well with water in a sippy (like many other LOs), but will only take a few gulps from the milk sippys and be done.
My question is this: what cup do you use? We have two nuby soft spouts, one nuby straw cup and one tommee tippee cup that has a semi soft spout. Are there some out there that look more like a bottle because I think this may help.
Just a little more info: DD drinks only water out of her sippys; she has never had juice. Her bottles are pumped BM.
Re: Yes, this is another post about transitioning to a cup!
Thank you for your reply! DD just gets so mad at me when I try to give her a cup during a feeding. I guess it will just take time. I'm going to look into those sippys though!
Try Gerber Nuk cups with a handle. They have a soft spout, and ds loves them. We lucked out, because daycare was trying different cups with him, so they actually found the cup he liked and then told us to buy some for him. We switched to sippy from bottle very seamlessly once we bought several of those.
