My DH is so excited about this baby- he's on winter break (he's a teacher) and has been working on the nursery like crazy. Here's two pictures of it so far.
The bedding is Skip Hop's Mod Dots. It used to be sold in Target stores, but is now only available online there. However, we ordered it through Buy Buy Baby (owned by Bed Bath and Beyond) so we could use a 20% off coupon.
Virginia- the crib skirt comes with the set. It has the dot pattern on one side and the light blue on the other. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the set. The crib sheet is a light cream with tiny brown dots. I think I may get a red crib sheet to set it off a little more.
Mamakennedy- the dots and letters are all a vinyl decal. We were inspired by a picutre online and had etsy seller Sew Cute and More create it for us. We had to apply each circle and each set of lines separately, but it turned out really nice and was reasonably priced ($50) for a custom item. I'd definitely reccomend her if you're looking for someone to do a custom decal for you.
lrachelle80- Only the letters, dots, and lines are vinyl. DH painted the wall chocolate brown and then did the white stripe. He swears by this blue painters tape with the edgelock- no touchups required on getting the line straight and sharp.
The decal came in pieces- each circle was a piece and each set of lines. We spent about an hour ensuring everything was placed evenly, starting from the inside and working out, but it was pretty simple to put up other than that.
Re: A peek at our nursery
I love that decal! I am using the same bedding and have been a little unsure about what to put behind the crib. That looks pretty awesome.
Did that crib skirt come with the set or did you buy it separately? I am just buying pieces rather than the set and need to locate a crib skirt.

It's so adorable!
One word of advice: bumpers are not safe - might want to skip using it when LO arrives.
This is SO cute! Love the bright colors and his name on the wall!
Great job so far!
