Premonition or wishful thinking?

For this entire pregnancy, I have just had this "feeling" that I will not go to a full 40 weeks and LO would come just a little bit early. Not terribly early, but in the 1-2 week range. Since we're team green, our family has started a pool to guess the sex and the due date. Every single person (friends and family) has guessed that I will have LO before my due date. Of course, I have no medical reason to think this might be the case (I'm measuring on target, early births don't run in my family....can these run in families?....my doctor hasn't said anything about this, etc.) so I'm thinking it just might be wishful thinking because I'm so excited to finally meet LO. Anyone else feeling this way? Or any 2nd time mommies experience this the first time around? Were you early, late, or right on time? TIA!

I hear the Magic 8 Ball is a reliable source for when you'll go in labor. Try that.
Otherwise, Ouija Board or asking a toddler will definitely give you a good prediction.
