Better Than Green Tea! [xp to GP]

Hi strangers.

So I was talking to a friend and she'd mentioned that when she was TTC her son, her doctor suggested that she take Vitamin E, along with her H. She got pregnant that month. And yes I know not everyone gets pregnant that fast. So I figured what the hell. The result of three weeks of one Vitamin E pill a day? Tons of EWCM. And it's faster than making tea each day, haha.

Hmm how much did you take? My pre-natals already have 200IU, which it says is 667% daily value.

Thanks for the advice... is there a certain dose you use? I know that my prenatal vitamin has 300 int. units in it and the upper level recommended is only 1000... I woud be concerned about exceeding this. But if I can find something that together won't exceed the 1000 international units I am trying it

I take the Spring Valley brand it's its 400IU, and it says it's 1333% of the daily. My PNV's only have like 15IU in them. Maybe I need new PNV's haha. I'll quit taking the Vit E when/if I ever get pregnant, and just keep up with the PNV's, but for now, I'm sold on this!

400 would work for me since it doesn't exceed the 1000iU (which is considered the upper tolerable level). When do you take them? from CD1 until O? I'm on CD8 but no O'ing for at least another week, I'm wondering if it's too late for this cycle

Awesome, I have some in the house already for burns and stuff, and they are 400IU. So I can just start taking those and not exceed the daily limit.

Also I'm going to give some the DH after reading one of those links, lol!

I take them daily with my PNV. I started last month on CD 12 and did noticed more CM immediately, but I was also on an antibiotic, and that gives me a ton of CM [handy handy lol] but then yesterday, I was like holy crap! I'd start them now. I read taking to much can be dangerous, but it said you'd have to take like 10,000IU of it. The bottle I have says you can take two a day.

I make H take one too lol. I figure it can't hurt anything. I should start slipping in a multi vitamin with it :P

I finally just got him started on a multi a few weeks ago! I just slipped the vitamin E capsules into his pill organizer, let's see if he notices XD
