Ok so I know that you can get a positive opk and not ovulate. Well on the 22nd or 23rd I got a postive OPK and around that time my cervix was really soft and was open 23-25th. So I'm wondering can your cervix open and everything and still not O at that time? My temps have really not been high enough to think I ovulated but I was also confused because I started taking Vitex-chasteberry this month and it seems taking that made my temps pre-O alot higher that usual so I stopped taking after I thought I O so I thought maybe it was b/c I stopped taking that but I still think they are unusually low for being after O. I didn't get any CM around the time of positive OPK and open cervix either (usually I have several days of it but thought maybe b/c of Vitex) but now I'm getting some today.

    Yes, it is possible for your body to rev itself up to O, but not actually O.  It doesn't look to me like you have yet. 

    I don't know anything about the Vitex-chasteberry, sorry.
