You don't have to go do it again right??? I haven't set anything up cause I've been there before and I've been in L&D now which is the same wing as mother and baby a gazillion times so I'm pretty familiar with the darn place. All I remember really doing anyways is filling out paperwork which I've already done and watching the don't shake your baby video.
Re: Hospital tour question moms who already have kiddos..
I never had to do a tour or watch a video about not shaking the baby. I was robbed! I did paperwork in my OBs office and some when I was admitted, but that's about it.
This time around, I have a scheduled c-section. I have to go in the day before for bloodwork and paperwork but that's it.
We didn't have to repeat anything, but we did take DS to "Big Brother" class and that included a tour. Which actually was nice because they have remodeled since DS was born, so it was nice to see the bigger, better rooms.
My OB gave me paperwork for pre-registration, which I completed and then faxed in.
