Moby wrap techniques

What type of wrap technique do you/LO prefer? I can't get the hang of it and don't have a manual since mine is a hand-me-down. I've looked up some how-to's on youtube but there are so many I don't know where to start.

we use the NB hold, I've never tried the other ones yet

Not sure which one its called, but the one where the baby is facing you and his legs are out the bottom and the part where the moby tag is on holding him to my chest. He can look around but he isn't facing outward and I can still support his head if I need to.
