I used to work out religiously at least 3-4 times a week, I would do about 45 mins of cardio and some weights/yoga. Since I got my BFP I have worked out about twice. First I was so sick, then I was busy, it was always something.
I am really eager to start back but I can't do what I was doing, so I was wondering what types of exercises you do now and how often?
