Cake success!!! (allergy moms, come in!)

I asked for and received the Allergen-Free Baker's Handbook by Cybele Pascal for Christmas.  I love sweets (a little too much), and was eager to find some good recipes.  Tonight I tried the yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting and it's delicious!!!  It's a good thing I had just finished dinner because I ate one small piece just to try it and I'm done.  If I were hungry, half the cake would've been gone!!

It *almost* tastes like real cake, and (for me, at least) it's totally allergy-free!! You should've seen the happy dance I was doing in my kitchen. I highly recommend this cookbook.  I need to find someone to dump this cake on so I can make more.  I also want to try the red velvet cake, the chocolate chip cupcakes with chocolate chip frosting, and the brownies.
