(SAIF) Vitamins to increase fertility?

Hey ladies, just wanted to know if you take anything to increase your chances on getting pregnant?  Vitamins, healthy foods? Does DH take anything?

    my mom told me to take an otc prenatal vitamin and my hubby to take 1 baby asprin...both to take daily. She was told this by another lady that she know that was in the same situation. I just started this so I don't know of the outcome yet.

    DH takes a Multi, L-Carnitine, Acetyl Carnitine, Selenium, Zinc,  and Vit C.

    My RE won't let me take anything except my prenatals.

    ETA: DH's numbers WAY imporved with a couple months of the supps.

    Just want to mention you should check with your doc before adding any type of supplement, especially on medicated cycles.

    My DH takes a multi and L-Carnitine and I take a pre-natal and red raspberry leaf. I would for sure talk to your RE before you start taking anything tho...
