I can't imagine that would work very well, but I'm no expert. In the year and a half I've been on this board, I've not once seen any mention of someone getting this done.

My NP brought it up yesterday at our visit. She said she doesn't think it's something my doctor would be comfortable with (my Dr also will not do breech extractions), I think she mentioned increased risk of cords tangling. I wasn't paying attention because I heard EV are extremely painful and it's not an option I'd really be up for.
It's contraindicated in multifetal pregnancies. Verting one baby is extremely physical task; it's possible to do so with another one int here. FWIW I wanted a med-free vaginal delivery. I had an MFM who was willing to deliver both breech vaginally. At 35 weeks Baby B turned cephalic, and most will not deliver breech/cephalic twins for fear of interlocking heads. So we chose to do a c-section.
So I had a c-section which I was very unhappy about despite that I do them every single day for a living. But in the end I have 2 healthy babies and a small scar to bear. No biggie.
