I love these fluffy hanging balls, but I've never seen them in a store and i'm stumped on how to Google search them. Does anyone know what they are called or where I can get them? TIA

I have made these before using tissue paper. You fold several sheets together accordion style, tie your folded rectangle in the middle (or rubber band it), and then start fluffing. You can cut the edges (like you were making a paper snowflake) for different sizes and/or shapes.
I made a TON of these for my wedding as decorations and they are sooo easy and look super cute! You can use more than one color in each ball too! Good luck!

Yes, we have them in our daughter playroom. We got ours from Wal-mart. They are Martha Stewart. They are actually just tissue paper and depending on how crafty you are they would be very easy to make.
They are called Tissue Paper Pom Poms. I believe they are a Martha Stewart craft.
Martha may have a tutorial out there, but they definitely aren't her idea. They've been around forever. Think homecoming parade float. All those tissue paper flowers are made just like that. The "fluffly hanging balls" are just really huge versions of them.
