As of yesterday 1 cm dilated head down and very high but measuring a week ahead. Due Jan. 24th and up way more lbs than I ever imagined or care to acknowledge.

I won't have my first internal until next Tues. (38 wks), but I don't think this baby is coming anytime soon. I've gained 23 lbs. and OB says I'm measuring on time. That's about it.
My next appointment is tomorrow. As of 37 weeks, he was head down but 'not engaged' and there's no dilation going on. I have had zero contractions (no BH). I don't think he's dropped yet. No change/increase in discharge recently. I gained 36 lbs as of last week. More than I wanted but given it's my 3rd trimester at Thanksgiving and Christmas...oh well! lol.
still at 2 cm (was last week, too), 50% effaced "or better", baby's head down and at -1 station, and I'm up 25 lbs. Having a lot more contractions this week, but nothing timeable or painful, although they do feel more intense to me.

37 weeks tomorrow- less than a fingertiip dilated, not effaced, baby riding high. Looks like I'm going to take this baby all the way to her due date.

37 weeks (due 1/15).
1/2 cm dilated, 70% effaced. Baby hasn't dropped. Mucus plug still intact. Haven't had any BH contractions.
Hoping for a VBAC. C-section scheduled at 39w6d but will cancel if I show progress between now and then.
38 weeks on Friday
As of my last appointment (37w3d), I was 1 cm dilated and 20-30% effaced.
Contractions that come and go all the time, mucus plug still intact.
18-23 pounds up from pp weight which was already 30-40 pounds up from where I should be.

Up 42 Lbs. according to my OB?s office, but I am really up 55 Lbs.
Just had my 37w appointment today, and:

Was "long and closed" at 33 week scare. No internals since then.

At my 36 wk appt, I was 2 cm dilated, 100% effaced, -1 station. Up 16 lbs from my first prenatal appt.
Pretty sure all of the mucous is gone at this point. Get contractions here and there, not much. Lots of pressure in my pelvis, though.
