Can DS wear his amber necklace to bed?

It's loose but snug around his neck. His teething is worse at night. Should I keep it on his neck or wrap it around his ankle or wrist instead?

He has only worn it for one day (today), so I can't tell a difference yet. But if his eczema clears up and he doesn't have problems with these canines that we've been waiting to pop through, I'm sold on the whole idea.

DD has had hers on since 3 months. She sleeps with me so I check on her throughout the night. The necklace has never posed any problems with her or DS.

DS can somehow chew on his snug/smallest size available necklace so just be cautious (maybe he's just unique, but better to be safe). I wrap his around his foot, inside footed pjs, when he wears it at night. It usually ends up loose in the pjs by morning, but it still works
