I noticed last night that there are quite a few ND/MN ladies here. Are you all ready for this crazy nasty storm we're getting AGAIN???? I'm so over this winter and am getting nervous about getting to the hospital when I'm in labor if the weather continues like this for the next few months. Yikes!
Re: ND/MN Bumpies
Hey! I'm from MN
Actually I live about 25 miles from the ND border & my DH words in Fargo, ND.
The storm we are supposed to get sounds nasty!! Sounds like the area where I live is supposed to get freezing rain all day tomorrow & about 7-12 inches of snow by Friday and then more snow Friday night & Saturday blizzard-like conditions!!
My in-laws are coming this weekend and are supposed to get here by 4 tomorrow afternoon & are planning on staying until Saturday. I can get along w/ them for awhile; but I'm really hoping they are able to leave on Saturday...my DH feels the same - entertaining people for 3-4 nights is going to get on my nerves...!!
I too am worried about going into labor during a storm! Especially this winter because it seems like we are having storms every week!
Nice to "meet" you! We live about 20 miles from Fargo and my DH works there too. Good luck w the in-laws, I don't know if I could handle being stranded with mine. We are supposed to be going to my parents to celebrate Christmas this weekend and I'm really hoping to make it.
Where are you delivering at? I'm an Innovis gal and love it there!
I'm delivering at Sanford (formerly Meritcare); I had a good experience there with my last delivery - so hoping for another one!
I have had a lot of friends that have delivered at Innovis though & they love it there too!
I have a family member that works at the clinic I go to when I see my ob/gyn and she is the ultrasound tech - so she was able to do my big 20 wk ultrasound - so that was fun!
GL getting to your parents house for Christmas this weekend! Hopefully the weather holds up for you
Hello from the Mini Apple!
I am just planning on going into labor this weekend...I mean, that's Murphy's Law, right?
