How do you ladies find these hysterical little things and animate them? I always see these really cute little animated siggies and I have no idea where you find all these cute little GIFs

So, who finds them and where do you look?

    I found Gerry on tinypic.com when searching for "green eyed monster." I typed out the story his intro post below somewhere. He was already animated! I'm not techy in the least bit!
