OK - WTF AF??

I posted last night about yesterday becoming CD1. I went to bed shortly after that and didn't go back to the washroom. When I posted, it was because I had just gone to the washroom and had a very light, red flow.

Well, as of that moment and all day today, I have only been spotting. Spotting brown. Spotting redish/pinkish.

I don't know if I should take the light flow out of my chart from yesterday, put it as spotting and still be in the same cycle. I am wondering if I O'd later than FF said (like CD 20 instead of CD17). O'ing later would explain the timing of this spotting because I always spot for 2-3 days (usually starting at around 8-9DPO) before AF actually shows. I wonder if I should manually override my O date.

Any thoughts?

I still think if you had red flow before that is the new cycle start. That is weird that you are slowing down. I hate to ask the obvious but you have taken another test? I only ask bc my first bfp was that exact some scenario and I thought I was totally starting and then it slowed and stopped.

That's how my period started this cycle as well. I marked 2, I think, days of spotting before it finally started full on.

Hmmm...what does leaving the discarded temps in do to your chart? If it makes it change your O date to CD 20 then I'd remove yesterday's flow day and maybe just record it as spotting....

Definitely not - I did test this morning as my temp had not gone down to my normal pre-O range. I don't for a second think that I am either.

Like I said, it was VERY light. I was certain it was going to develop into a full flow.

As for your O date, due to your CM I think that FF has it right.

I'm not too sure about AF though. I'm sorry she's being a big tease. If you had light flow yesterday, i'd still consider it light flow and spotting today.

Hmmm.... I don't know. I discarded them because I was quite sick, not sleeping, and was running a fever during the day.

I'll go play and see.

Hmm, I'm not sure about your O date--did you take just that one OPK or did you take one the next day and it was - ?

If it is not enough to use a tampon or pad, I just mark it as spotting. Not sure if that helps though

I would mark it as spotting, my AF this cycle was the same thing! I spotted on a Friday and then got AF the following Saturday (over a week later). My cycle ended up being 36 days.
