I used it for a while and loved it (I'd buy it if it weren't that I have a 5 gallon bucket full of DIY detergent ---- and I'm cheap.) I found that I had no issues w/ my diapers when using it and washing was pretty straight forward.
I think someone else used it here and had an issue w/ messing up the color on a diaper. The bottle says to be careful with hand dyed textiles, but I washed a hand dyed GM in it many, many times and never had an issue.

I didn't like it. I honestly didn't feel like it was doing a damn thing. We had the FUNK, and bad. We switched to RG. I still have a bit of each left, if you want them.

Re: Has anyone used Thirsties Detergent?
I used the pre-wash. I didn't notice any remarkable improvement with the diapers, but it didn't harm them either.
I think there is also a review on the EFF blog.
