I think H is excited.

H has tried to feel her move a few times when I tell him she's active but he hasn't been overly handsy during the pregnancy. Since my appointment Monday when we scheduled the induction he is all over my bump. He reaches out and touches it when I walk by and when I tell him I'm having contractions he wants to feel it and compare it to the last one to see how hard it is. I think it's cute that he's so excited about his baby girl coming next week. I can't wait until he sees her for the first time.

    That's so awesome!!!!

    I am wicked excited for BF to see his baby girl. I may let my mom be in the delivery room just to take pictures because I don't want to miss the look on his face.

    I remember when DH held Emma for the first time. Such a proud papa. I'd never seen him smile so big. He rocked her, smelled her face, kissed her forehead and just stared at her. I asked him if he wanted another baby and he said "Yes! I'd have 12 more if they're like her."

    Aww that's so cute! DH doesn't get into the pregnancies very much. He is concerned about my well being, and the well being of the baby, but he doesn't really care to feel/see the baby move. But when DS was actually born, he cried. He was so emotional, and instantly fell in love with DS from the second he came out. And I know he will be the same when DD is born, and I can't wait because it'll be his little girl! :)

    I hope dh is like this soon. I also hope that he can feel some kicks soon also, at times I want to tell him that our lo one is kicking/hitting but the the lo stops. He is also a very busy guy so we don't have much time sitting next to eachother with his hands on my belly.  Sometimes I feel like he is scared to touch the belly.

    I can not wait to see your lo too. I love newborn babies, too cute.

    oh I cannot WAIT til my BF sees his baby girl for the first time... just like a PP, I'm having my mom in the room also so she can take a picture of his face =)

    Awww, my DH does the belly touching when I walk by too.  It's such a special time for us and it sounds like it is for you too.

    :) I remember when I was starting to push out my son, our first child, and DH got all giddy and thanked me for having his baby with this huge, adorable grin on his face. When he saw his head coming out he was so excited, and he got to hold him first. :) The pictures of him staring at HIS son are some of my absolute favorites in the world.
