If you've had a blood test for pregnancy....

How long before you heard back for the results?  I went in yesterday afternoon and it is been 24 hours.  Anxiously waiting to hear now.  How long does the lab usually take for this sort of thing?

    I had a BT in the evening and heard back the next day late morning.  Good Luck!!

    I'm not sure...why don't you try calling them?

    Also, can't you just POAS if you really want to know?

    I haven't had one but when I talked to my OBGYN at our first meeting, she told me her office could get results same day if I came in the morning or the next morning if I came in the afternoon.

    I'd think you should hear today. Did you try POAS?  Were the results inconclusive?

    I had the test done in the morning and had the results the next day in the afternoon. You should have word soon, hang in there :)

    I've had faint lines on HPTs the past three days with FMU.  Similar symptoms as when I was PG with DS (turning 2 next month)  I will call them if I don't hear in an hour.  I hate waiting for this type of news.  I'd rather know for sure either way.

    The one or two times I have gotten BT they never phone me back because it is negative, so I hope that doesn't happen to you. But if I ever called they would let me know, so maybe calling is the best bet. GL

    Sounds like you're pregnant! Congratulations :)  I hope you hear from the Dr's office soon!!!

    Thanks.  I will just call.  I am cautiously optimistic but you never know.  

    On another topic, does anyone know how to update tickers?  It has been a while since I posted last and the bump format is different.  One of mine is missing.

    So I called and they did have the results.  They were positive!  Thanks for suggesting I just call.  I might have been waiting until tomorrow!

    The faint lines I was getting were on these cheapo tests (25 for like $5 from amazon.com) so I didn't really believe it.  Then I got a CVS brand and got a faint line - so I went in for the blood test to confirm.  

    I am praying for a H&H 9 months.  Thanks and GL to all of you.

    I had one done at a walk in when I went in for an allergic reaction, the results came back within the hour, but they ran them there. I'm sure it was a different scenario for me because they needed to know if I was pg to go ahead and treat my allergic reaction. Hang in there!

    Call them, I have heard in as little as 5 hours (yesterday to plan surgery) or as long as 4 days
