At my last dermatologist appointment the Dr. noticed that one of my moles had changed in color and shape. The Dr. said it's normal for that to happen when you are pregnant, but I should have it removed just in case. So tomorrow I'm having it removed along with another one. Once they are removed they are being sent to the Mayo clinic for testing. They probably are both benign, but the what-if's keep surfacing.
I'm scared to see what Dr. Google says about mole changes in pregnancy, I'm hoping she would confirm what my Dr. said.

They use local anesthesia so my Dr. said it was fine to have it removed while I was pregnant.
I googled for you: "Moles frequently become larger or darker during pregnancy. Scientists believe that hormonal changes may be responsible for this increased pigmentation."
Try to relax - as worried as you are, you'll be FINE
