New Year's Eve plans

Hi everyone!  Since we are a couple of days away, I thought it would be fun to see what everyone is planning for NYE Drinks

DH and I are going to forego the crowds and party at home.  We were going to have people over, but now it is just us so we are going to have a fancy dinner and champagne and enjoy the last bit of our fertile window Wink  If anyone has a good recipie for lobster, I'm all ears...I've never made it and DH has been asking for it for a while now!!

 What are your plans to ring in the new year?

Our #2 is on the way!

    We don't do clubs for nye. The one year we did go was fun, but the price to get in was tripled!!! Luckily we knew the bouncer and got in for free, otherwise I would not have gone. This year we are going to our friends house for a nye/birthday party. It will be fun and they only like a couple minutes away from us which is a major plus!

    We're just going to a friend's house about 7 minutes away.  Nothing too crazy since DH has to work the next day.

    We're heading to Manhattan for NYE. I wish that meant NYC but, alas, just Kansas. MIL lives there and all DH's family is coming in. For some reason MIL, who is usually quite sane, has hired a Santa look alike to come visit us that night. IndifferentHmm The only kid that will be there is DD#1 and she doesn't even believe in Santa anymore (thanks to me - long story). So, I'm clueless what the purpose of this Santa visit will be, especially since Christmas is over. If he makes me sit on his lap, I'm calling the cops.

    I don't know what we're doing, honestly. I don't like NYE and would prefer to just ignore it and go on with life. DH's brother and our FSIL will be here tomorrow for their Jan. 7th wedding, and I think they want to do something. I hope it's just hanging out at my IL's, but I also heard talk of going to a concert. Either way, shoot me.

    We are co-hosting a masquerade dinner party up at my friend's lake house.  All of us will spend the night there so it should be a lot of fun.  AND this is the first year DH and I will actually be together for NYE and NYD--he is off for both!

    Well, this is O day for us so all plans with friends are off.  We will be having copious amounts of sex and maybe some snacks in between.

    I can't help on the lobster.  I just can't cook anything alive.  If it was me, I would get takeout from a restaurant.

    We are joining 10 of our friends for dinner at China Grill (weirdly enough, it is not a Chinese restaurant) in Ft. Lauderdale. It's a fun restaurant and the lobster mashed potatoes are so good! You should make those as your side dish!

    China Grill is on the Intracoastal so our friend is going to dock his boat at the restaurant and take us all for a ride after dinner so that we can hopefully see the fireworks on the beach. It has been pretty chilly in South Florida this week, so hopefully we won't be freezing!

    DH is bartending so I will head up to the bar around 11:30 and hang out with him until he gets off around 6am (boo!). I am thinking I may feel nice and make some buffalo chicken dip and take it up to the boys, but we shall see how I feel when the time comes to make it...haha! Therefore I am not mentioning the possibility to DH of it quite yet. Smile

    8/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 35,

    11/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 12,
    12/11 Clomid 50mg=Progesterone 31
    01/12-Break from meds-BFN
    Feb-cd3 blood work FSH(5), AMH(0.56) 02/12 Break....
    03/01/12-Clomid 50mg with IUI #1=BFN.
    04/01/12-Another round of clomid with IUI#2=BFN.
    5/8/12-Diagnostic Laparoscopy-found minimal endometriosis and small fibriod.
    June and July-much needed break
    August-Bravelle 75 with IUI#3- BFN
    September-Bravelle injects with IUI #4-BFP!! MC 10/7/12 : ( Sonohysterogram-Normal
    December- Bravelle(3 good follicles & E2 1252) with IUI#5 BFFN :*(
    July IVF #1- BFP! : )  Beta #1-245, #2- 703, #3- 1655, #4- 3553 YAY!  Praying and Praying this one sticks around!
                      1st U/S scheduled for Aug 23rd!
