Antibiotics and Clomid?

Does anyone know if antibiotics can affect how Clomid works? I had a sinus infection and had to be on meds during my Clomid cycle last week. Went in for my US today and dr. only saw 1 mature follicle and a small one. Last time I had 3 big ones. Just curious.

We've decided to try IUI this cycle - scheduled for tomorrow morning. Fingers and toes crossed.
