update on echogenic focus

I posted last week that they found 2 echogenic foci in my baby's heart and 1 in the stomach at the 20 week anatomy scan. I just had a follow-up level 2 u/s yesterday and things look good, thankfully. They now only see 1 echogenic focus in the heart, and that's it. No other markers, so the peri said they wouldn't even follow it and it's nothing to be concerned with. She said it's really only a concern if it's showing up with other medium or hard markers, and she wouldn't recommend an amnio for just 1 EIF, so we're not doing that. I did find out that the umbilical cord is attached to the edge of the placenta rather than the middle, so I need to go back for growth ultrasounds every 4 weeks, but she said it will likely not be an issue.
