Cannot decide between Lily & Hailey!

Help me!! DH and I have been going back and forth for months, with no conclusion! We see Lily as more a baby/adult name, and Hailey as more a child/teenager name.For some reason we have a hard time picturing a teenage Lily, but probably because we don't know many! Also, heard of many new "Lily" babies in the last year, although they seem to be similar in popularity (#24 and 25 in 2010) Our family seems to love Lily the most at this point, but also likes Hailey...Help!!!

Just remember your child with spend most of their life as an adult. Cutsey baby names dont always age well.

I prefer Lily....it was on my list.

I love the name Lily, but won't ever use it because it is my best friend's name. Not a huge fan of Hailey.

Definitely Lily. Lily ages very well.

Hailey is too cutesy IMO. Can't picture it on an adult.

I prefer Lily! Beautiful name but also was my grandma's name as well! We were going to name our daughter after her but my sister has decided she wants to name her daughter that as well. SO looks like we are finding a new name! BUT both of your names are very pretty! I just like Lily better

Lily hands down! By the time your daughter is a teenager, Lily will seem like a great teenager name. (I'd suggest watching Veronica Mars, but that teenaged Lily didn't do so well...)

I honestly like both, but Lily edges out Hailey a little because although it's becoming a popular name, I've met way more Haileys than Lilys.

My name is Haley, Haley Marie but I spell it different then the version you like. I love Lily...it is actually on my list if I ever have a girl. I just hate how it's becoming every popular, I like more unique names

Lily is beautiful, but overdone. I work in early intervention and have treated loads of Lillians, Lilys and Lillys. IMO, it is the equivalent of Jackson.
