Hello ladies,
Sort of new to your boards but have been reading many posts and learning a lot from all the chats on the different TTC topics. I have a question for all of you ...
I have been charting for four months now and really love charting my daily temp and watching for my O and then dreading the dip for AF. On day 15 I O'd (December 18th) and then my temp has been steady between 98.2 and 98.4 then yesterday morning (8 dpo) my temp took a sharp drop to 97.4 and I experienced some pink discharge after BD. I was at work yesterday (boo) and experienced the tell tail signs of impending AF (cramping, back ache, sore chest etc.) but nothing arrived yesterday or last night. This morning my temp is back at 98.4??? I am perplexed!!
I did a google search and found some stuff about implantation dip ... some places said that it is true and other state that is is a myth??
Anyone have some thoughts on this new blip on my chart? Or any thoughts on the validity of the implantation temperature dip myth??
Thanks and Happy New Year to all!!
Re: Implantation Temperature Dip? Myth or True??
Some people have an dip on their BFP charts and some do not, however 8DPO would be around the right DPO.
I know it can be hard but try not to obsess too much about a single temp.
Also, around here most people just say Sex not Baby Dance or BD FWIW.
Good Luck OP.
