WWYD...Christmas gift in wrong size

My ILs buy me clothes for every gift giving occasion it seems like, but their taste and my taste aren't really the same...except this time. They got me this stinkin' adorable jacket and I love it! But...its to small. It fits everywhere, except when I button it up, its tight across my baby gut 
( I can't find the next size up anywhere,not even online. Should I go ahead and keep the one I have and just not where it buttoned up, or should I exchange it for something else.

If you think you will wear it unbuttoned I would keep it.
eta- if there are other clothes you really like at the store where they bought the jacket then I would return it and get something else.
