I have a shirt I bought at ON that I like. It's nothing big but has some sequins so it looks a little fancier We are just going to some friends so I will likely wear jeans but you could pair it up with some dressier pants.
I have no suggestions, but want to say good for you for going out!
My big NYE plan is to have the girls and me in bed by 9pm! LOL
Staying up "late" isn't so appealing when my 2 y/o insists on waking up at 6am everyday... I really wish she would understand the concept of a "weekend," hehe.
The one I have is a similar pattern, and same shape, but all black and white. Also, from JCP and it was the Maggy London for JCP line. I got SOOO many complements when I wore it in October. I wore it again for Christmas and got a lot of complements as well (before we told everyone I was pregnant).
I bought this dress a few weeks ago to wear to a party we had. It's regular sizes, but I bought up one size and it fit really well. It wasn't too tight in the belly or boob areas and has thicker straps so I could wear a real bra. It was very comfortable and very cute.

Oh, I wore this dress for Halloween (Audrey Hepburn costume) and I loved it. I was able to exchange it for a larger size when I found out I was pg a week before our party and that made all the difference given how bloated I was that night. I love that you can dress it up or down!
I'm wearing this dress that I've worn several times pre-pg. Fortunately it's an empire waist and is made of stretchy jersey material so it still fits... it's just there's a little more of me sticking out front than usual! You could always shop non-pg clothes with an empire waist or stretchy fabric too!

Have fun dressing up!
I wore this top from Motherhood Maternity with leggings, knee high black boots and a long open black cardigan to Christmas this year:

I am just planning to wear a dress I bought for a wedding in October (little did I know I was pregnant when I bought it). It's a tunic style so loose enough to be comfortable, however the pattern does emphasize the belly. This isn't the exact dress but it's VERY similar. https://www5.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?GrpTyp=SIZ&ItemID=1a6805e&DeptID=70656&CatID=80145&SO=0&SelDim=4294957900~&CatSel=4294936940|career&Ne=29+3+4294957900+1031+585+596+663+18+904+833+949&pagesize=1&x5view=1&shopperType=G&N=4294936940&SD=8&Nao=0&PSO=0&CmCatId=70656|80145
