So, I have no idea was is going on with my body. I have PCOS and I have taken 3 rounds of clomid in the past and have had three early losses (betas doubled perfectly but then I lost the pregnancy, my RE is unsure why I have repeat losses). I have very low progesterone so the RE said to take suppositories after ovulation. As of January 10, I am switching to a new clinic.
This cycle (without clomid and ultrasounds), I drank POM from CD1-CD18. I started doing OPKs twice a day (dollar store in the morning and digital in the evening) from CD12-19 (I felt twinges all the time). On CD18 I started feeling intense pain in my right ovary and it was extremely similar to the ovulation pains I have felt with my three past ovulations. Even though the OPK was never truly positive (the pattern faded in and then faded out but it never was quite as dark -- like two shades lighter...I have gotten smiley faces on all my previous ovulations), I really felt that I ovulated. By 1DPO the twinges in my ovaries stopped and I haven't had any symptoms at all. I ate pineapple core from 1DPO-5DPO and did progesterone vaginal suppositories from 3DPO - current. The last three times I was pregnant I had cramping, spotting, sore breasts but this time - nothing! Besides a killer cold, I feel fine - no twinges :-(
Today is 12DPO and I had a positive for my last pregnancy with a FRER on 12DPO. I plan on testing tonight but I am confident that I am most likely not pregnant. In fact, I am really questioning if I even ovulated (in the past, I didn't ovulated if less than 100 mg of clomid). ::fingers crossed::
