Follow up to Flu post.

So i called the womens health clinic where ive been getting my prenatal care, to ask them if i needed to come there, or just make a regular drs appointment to see if i have the flu. They said since my headaches were so bad that they wanted me to come in for blood pressure monitoring.

So me and H close down at work, and head to the hospital. We left at 11:30  got to the hospital about 11:50 and they had me hooked up to some fetal heart rate monitors and a blood pressure cuff.

None of the headaches were blood pressure related. thank god. They said its just my body reacting badly to the amount of blood i have flowing through my body. They tested my urine for protein and found none as far as i know because they didnt mention it. Claires heartbeat was strong and she was pretty content, other than she hated the monitors because she kept kicking them ahah.

Good thing is, the doctor who was supposed to come in and let me know what was oging on was in delivery, so H and i got to listen to Claires heartbeat for almost two hours. So now i have a perscrip. for some meds and im good to go!

    It definitely is!!! I really dont want pre-e (obviously) aha, and i was so glad to hear that my body is just stupid and isnt reacting well to all the blood flow. Id rather have a constant headache for the next 12 weeks than have pre-e for sure
