Natural Killer Cell Question

What treatment is there for this?

I thought my RE said something about treatment w/ vitamins or something but it was also the day they told me I had a m/c so who knows.

6/2010-IVF #1 Cancelled after ER b/c 0 eggs recovered
On to Donor Eggs
9-30-10 IVF w/ DE begins & Donor started stims 10-4-10
Donor ER 10-14-10 14 Fertilized Eggs ~ ET 10-17-10 (7 Frosties)
IVF #1 11-18-10 M/C @ 7 Weeks~Stopped growing @ 5 Weeks
FET #1 2-1-2011

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

    What exactly is intralipids? They are infusions right? Please explain.

    I had that blood work as well as blood clotting/flow on Dec 14th & we are waiting to hear the results.

    it's an IV infusion done about 10 days before ET and then again after BFP and every 4 weeks until about 20 weeks.

    my infusion took about 2 hours and was done at my RE's office.  i know ladies who have done it infusion centers or had them come to their house.

    For NKs, you can do Fish Oil (I take 4 per day).

    Or the following:

    - Intralipids (soy/fat infusion)

    - IVIG (blood infusion; not too many doctors are doing this anymore)

    - Steroids?

    TTC since 8/09
    DX: PCO, ENDO, High NK, MTHFR
    8/10 = Lap to remove Endo

    2 Femara TI, 3 Follistim IUI = BFN & 1 c/p
    IVF #1 - BFP - boy/girl Twins!

    Ben and Reese born at 34w2d!
