Legal/financial question

So if everything goes down as I expect it will, and DH moves out and we become legally separated, will he still be legally responsible for helping to pay the bills here? Like gas, electric, cable, phone? Is this something that's figured out on a case by case basis? I don't know about any of this stuff...

    I don't believe so, but I think it varies state to state.  Do you live in a state that supports alimony?  I think that's the only financial help you can get for your household bills.  You can definatly get child support, but as far as household bills, I think you're on your own.  If you can't afford to remain living there, you may just have to find a place that you can afford to maintain on your own.
