Hi ladies! I miss you! And I need your help.
 And I need your help.
My friend is TTC and has been using FF and OPKs and has repeatedly been getting a lot of +s. Like 5 or more a cycle, even after she gets her CHs. I personally never turned one of the freaking things positive so this falls outside my area of expertise. She says she is absolutely sure they are +, and has even asked her husband to look at them.
The only thing I've ever read about causing this is PCOS, but her cycles are regular, she has pretty clear temp shifts (except maybe last month), and she is fairly thin. I think she said she is using the Walgreen's brand if that matters...any ideas for her? TIA!

Re: OPK question for a friend (ticker warning)
Hi Miller! I haven't been on i forever! YEA!! Your pregnant!!!!!! Woot!
About your friend- I would get a lot of + w/ IC, but not digitals. The IC were just to ambiguous for me. What is she using?
Hi! I was just thinking about you last night because I'm a dirty TTGP lurker and haven't seen you around for awhile!
She is using the Walgreen's brand, I think. Pretty sure they are the dip in a cup kind.

Don't know what to tell you except the last two months I have been seeing very close to + on the IC's all the time, only one or two were definitely + and that is when I confirmed with the CBE ones. Maybe she just needs to stick with the CBE to be sure. It sucks because they are so much money, but maybe that will help her.
to be sure. It sucks because they are so much money, but maybe that will help her.
On a side note just wanted to say I miss both you lovely ladies around here!
I am feeling better, thanks! Back at work, just really tired. Not really sure what the point is of getting a flu shot if you're just going to get sick anyway....

You don't really need another answer, but I wanted to say hi, so you're getting one!
I would tell her to get some digitals for next month, assuming she isn't pregnant, of course, just to help her make sure she is reading the others correctly. I used the line ones for the first couple of months and got really frustrated determining if I which were actually positive. I used digitals for two months to get a clearer picture of when I O'd. If she continues getting positives after O with digis, I'd at least bring it up to her doctor.
Glad you are feeling better. Fingers crossed that that nasty bug means you won't be "blessed" with awful morning sickness!
Noooo kidding! When I woke up puking (three times in one night) I was like, oh man...if this is m/s I can't do this every day!
Nope, I definitely asked her this! And I said, "Is like HALF the line darker because sometimes that's not really a positive." But she insists they are defininte clear +s. On the plus side (hmm, nice pun) her temps and CM seem to indicate pretty clearly when she's Oing, but I'll suggest the digis to her. Thanks, ladies!
