I have several New Year's Resolutions this year...
1. Lose the remaining 20 pounds to get to pp weight (remind me next pregnancy to NOT gain 50 pounds! UGH)
2. Find a church I like and actually go to it. I consider myself a spiritual person, but I've had such a hard time finding a church that fits my belief structure. I need to spend quite a few Sunday mornings finding that "perfect" church for me.
3. Stop b1tching about my MIL. I swear, a good 70% of my conversations with friends/family have to do with the crap she does. Yes, she's a flake. Yes, she drives me crazy. But no, I don't need to stress about her as much as I do.
What are your resolutions????
Re: Let's hear your resolutions!!
1) To actually COOK and have more family dinners
2) Hit the weights once my marathon is over
3) JOIN our church, we've been back-row visitors too long
Me too!!!! I swear, it's really ridiculous. I consider myself a very professional person. I'm educated, and I'd like to consider myself as a person with a certain amount of poise, and class.
But, as soon as I'm home and in my "comfort zone," I pull out every bad word in the book without even thinking about it! My best friend just recently got a call from her daycare because her 1.5 year old dropped the F-bomb... I NEVER want to get that call, so it's time to clean up my potty mouth!!
4 Fresh IVF cycles + 1 FET where embies didn't survive the thaw = 2 perfect little men!
sFET 11/9/11 - Beta 11/18 BFP!
1. be better about cooking dinner every night and eating out less. we don't really do it that often but it adds up, and I know if I can get a handle on making things ahead of time we will order a lot less pizzas and chinese food.
2. unpack the last boxes from when we moved...a year and a half ago.
3. declutter and organize the storage part of our basement. it makes me want to throw up every time I go in there, which is pretty much every day.
4. find a new way to make an income. i've come to strongly dislike my job, the commute and being away from DS, even though it's only 2 days a week. I want to have as little stress in my life as possible, I really think it effects my son.
Lose 15lbs
Set a date for our wedding...since I've been putting it off, I really want to get married, I'm just a little scared!!
Eat better and have DS try more foods!! He is such a picky eater!!
1) get back into my regular gym routine to the point that it no longer feels like a chore
2) go back to work and keep my sanity in the process
3) do my first sprint triathalon
4) take a long vacation with LO (and DH)
1. Read 15 books that aren't romance novels, or the Twilight saga.
2. Read to DS every night before bed.
3. No more junk food.
