Newbie-Unable to create Fertility Friend Account

Following the advice of many of you, I clicked on charts and have tried to create a profile on Fertility Friend a few times so I can start my own chart, but each time I receive this message:

Unfortunately your request for membership could not be processed favorably at this time.  If you have a friend who is already a member you may want to ask her to invite you using the FertilityFriend.com's referral program.

Frustrating!

    If you PM me your e-mail, I can try and invite you.  Usually you just have to click on someone's ticker and sign up.

    Surprise BFP while waiting on FET #3 ~ beta #1 500; beta #2 1600; first u/s 4/3 - measuring 5w5d, no hb yet!; 2nd u/s 4/10 - hb 132, measuring 6w6d - EDD 11.29.14 :)    **TEAM GREEN!**
